What is Dispatcher?:
it a module that allowed the following functionality for a process in the Operating System.
i. Context Scheduling:
switching from one process to another process is called context switching.
ii. Switching to user mode:
switching to Kernal mode to user mode.
iii.Start the Process from the save state:
jumping process anywhere is user program
What is Dispatcher Latency:
the time it take to stop the process and start another process is called Dispatcher Latency:
