What is programming Environment?
C is actually a general purpose language it
has been developed by Dennies Ritchie at AT&T Bell Laboratory in 1972.
It is well suited for writing both
application & system software.
C is also a structured language that allowed varieties of program in small module then its easy to debugging testing & maintenance.
C programming has to be created in two stages.
1- The program is
written in the form of numbers of text file using screen editor. The form of
this program is called source program. Its not possible to execute this file
directly.
2- Stage: the
complete source file pass to a compiler which is program. Which generate new
file containing a machine code translation of source code. This file is called
object file or executable file.
